Alhumdolillah, the meeting held on Friday 2nd March was successful. The whole committee turned up in force and it was good to see.

Upcoming events are being planned and a repeat of the barbecue event from last year is on the agenda. It is proposed that this should take place around week 6. So look forward to the official date announcement.

Another major development is the student discount card proposal. The foundation work is currently being undertaken by sr Razaw with assistance from br Sami.

A reminder to those who have not joined the emailing list. Please do so as there is no obligation attached. It is simply a means of communicating to all events and annoucements.

ECUIS Committee Meeting

March 1, 2007

The ECUIS committee will meet on Friday morning at the Mt Lawley campus to discuss upcoming events for 2007 as well as other pertinent issues. One of the items on the agenda will be the maintenance and representation of the Musallahs especially Joondalup and Churchlands campuses.

Alhumdolillah, sr Shakira has kindly provided a microwave and kettle for the womens mussallah. InshaAllah the mens facility will also be equipped with the same. These musallahs also require whiteboards for notices and we shall look into this as well. And lastly, if there is enough demand, Jumah salaat may be arranged at the JO campus.
