The xls sheet looks to me like zakat al mal rather than zakat al fitr. Not really sure.
Yes, I concur with br Marwan. The zakaat meantioned is Zakaat on your wealth and property. The Zakaat-ul-Fitr is set as $10.00 this year per person (Perth Mosque) and is specific to Ramadaan (hence the name Eid-ul-Fitr), whilst Zakaat-ul-Mal is not.
Since giving Zakaat in Ramadaan is more meritorious, it is probably best to do both in this month to increase the blessing.
